Yes, within 14 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by you, and the refund is made once the print is back with me.
Send a photo of the box and the print within 48 hours of delivery. I'll replace it at no cost; you don't need to send the damaged one back.
The framed print is wrapped in protective film with corner guards, then packed in a rigid, padded box.
Across the EU and the UK, tracked and insured. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. For other countries, write to me first.
Each print is made to order: printed, signed, numbered and framed by hand, then shipped within 5–10 working days.
Yes. Every print is framed by hand and arrives ready to hang.
A4 and A3, framed in Classic Black or Classic White (wood), Aluminium or Acrylic. Each print page shows the finishes on offer for that photograph. Curated Collections come in A3 only.
Canon Pro Platinum photo paper (Canon Pro Luster on the rare occasion Pro Platinum isn't available), printed at A3+ on a Canon PIXMA PRO-200 with Canon's archival inks. Canon rates this combination for up to 200 years in archival storage. Behind glass on a wall, keep it out of direct sunlight to make it last.
11 for my eleven years as a professional photographer, 17 for the age I took photography seriously, and 7 for the Curated Collections, the smallest editions of all.
Each photograph is printed a fixed number of times, and never again once the edition is sold out: 11 copies for portraits, 17 for all other prints, 7 for each Curated Collection. The edition is shared across all sizes and finishes. Every print is hand-signed and numbered (for example 3/17).
